Refund Policy

1. Refund window
[CONFIRM policy] A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the course content has been watched and the final exam has not been attempted.
2. How to request
Write to support@gyaniacademy.com from your registered email with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval; gateway timelines may add further days.
3. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for courses purchased under non-refundable promotional offers (marked at checkout), after certificate issuance, or where account sharing / content-piracy violations are detected.
4. Failed payments
Amounts debited for failed transactions are auto-reversed by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 working days. No money is retained by the Platform for failed orders.
