Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before payment completion at no cost — simply abandon checkout; pending orders expire automatically.
After successful payment, cancellation is governed by the Refund Policy. Course access ends immediately when a refund is approved.
Live classes may occasionally be rescheduled by the instructor; enrolled learners are notified and recordings are provided where a replay is published.
