›How long do I get access to a course?
Each course page states its access validity (typically 12 months from purchase). During that period you can rewatch lessons unlimited times; your progress and resume position are saved automatically.
›Can I watch on mobile?
Yes — the platform works on phones, tablets and computers. Course videos are DRM-protected and stream securely; they cannot be downloaded.
›How do refunds work?
Refunds follow the published Refund Policy: request within the stated window from your registered email with your order number, provided the usage limits in the policy are met. Failed-payment debits auto-reverse via the gateway within 5–7 working days.
›When can I take the final exam?
The final exam unlocks after you complete all mandatory lessons of the course (a lesson counts as complete when you've watched the required percentage shown in the player). Your exams page shows exactly how many lessons remain.
›How many exam attempts do I get?
Each exam lists its attempt limit, duration, passing score and any negative marking before you start. If you fail with attempts remaining, you can retake the exam.
›How do I get my certificate?
Pass the course's final exam and your certificate is issued automatically — downloadable from your dashboard, with a public verification link you can share with employers or on LinkedIn.
›How do live classes work?
Live classes are included with eligible courses. Upcoming sessions appear in your dashboard with a countdown; the join button activates 15 minutes before start. Attendance is recorded, and replays are published where available.
›How fast are Q&A responses?
Instructors typically respond to lesson questions within 24–48 working hours. You'll get an in-app notification when your question is answered.
›What payment methods are supported?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via our payment gateway. Prices are shown inclusive of GST, with the tax break-up displayed at checkout.
›Are the instructors SEBI-registered?
Instructor credentials, including SEBI registration numbers where held, are displayed on their profiles and course pages. Verify any registration independently at sebi.gov.in. Registration does not imply SEBI approval of a course or assured returns.
›Will these courses tell me which stocks to buy?
No. Gyani Academy is an education platform — courses teach skills and frameworks, never specific investment recommendations. Be wary of anyone promising tips or assured profits.
